ABSTRACT

In a company, Human Resources has a role and a very important function in
their efforts to achieve corporate goals. Management and utilization of human
resources properly will be very influential and have a positive impact on improving
the performance of employees in the organization. The decline in performance of
supervisor whose job is to supervise the project were followed by a decrease in
motivation supervisor as a result of the demands of employees for the implementation
of the SPPD detasering, placement and job rotation. On this basis, researchers
conducted a study entitled "Effect of Perceived Supervisor on Implementation of the
SPPD Detasering, Placement and Job Rotation Of Work Supervisor Motivation In the
Implementation of Construction Supervision and Their Impact on Performance
Supervisor at PT PLN (Persero) Jasa Manajemen Konstruksi Unit Manajemen
Konstruksi II "
To answer the problems posed in this study, the data obtained from the
questionnaires to the 66 respondents who are employees of the entire supervisor PT
PLN (Persero) Jasa Manajemen Konstruksi Unit Manajemen Konstruksi II. Analyzed
by using Partial Least Square.
The results of this study indicate that the SPPD Detasering Implementation,
placement and job rotation positive significant effect on the Supervisor motivation.
Besides Supervisor motivation has a significant positive effect Supervisor
Performance.
